PROJECT OVERVIEW
EDUCATION
Volunteers work with children in formal and informal schools. It is a great opportunity to practice German! Assist with teaching art, outdoor education, English and showcase your culture. Possible tasks may include creating activities or games for the children in addition to playing with and teaching them fundamental subjects.
CHILDREN/YOUTH
Help youth connect with each other and develop a sense of belonging. Create outdoor programs that allow possibilities to explore capacities, develop self-confidence and be looked after. Support youth with daily tasks and camp tasks. Must have an open mind to all cultures and backgrounds.
SOCIAL WORK
Volunteers will work with physically and mentally disabled individuals. The organisations work with its members, empowering them by helping them become more self-sufficient and organizing activities that involve the local community. Volunteer tasks may include washing and feeding, cleaning, playing and other activities. Volunteers provide company, a listening ear, and assistance with getting around to do various daily activities.
