The Tuburan Coffee Farmers Association is a thriving community dedicated to sustainable coffee farming and supporting local farmers in Tuburan, Cebu. As a volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience helping to cultivate high-quality coffee, mainly the Robusta variety, while learning modern, eco-friendly farming techniques. From assisting with planting and harvesting to supporting cooperative projects and community initiatives, every day offers a chance to develop new skills and contribute to local livelihoods. Whether you’re passionate about agriculture, sustainability, or community development, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while experiencing the rich culture and natural beauty of Tuburan.

Enrol in either a 6 or 12 month placement starting in February 2026!
PROJECT DESCRIPTION & TASKS:
Participate in all areas of the project, including:

Assisting with planting, weeding, and maintaining coffee plants

Supporting post-harvest activities, such as sorting, drying, and packaging coffee beans

Promoting the Tuburan Coffee brand through social media and other marketing platforms.

Assisting in organising events such as trade fairs and exhibitions to showcase Tuburan coffee.
